
沈建东,浙江嘉兴人,福建省C类人才,博士,环境与生物工程学院食品质量与安全专业教师。已主持福建省自然基金1项,莆田市科技计划项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金等国家项目6项,在国内外期刊发表论文20多篇,其中以第一作者在LWT-Food Science and Technology、Fish & Shellfish Immunology和Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture等期刊发表SCI论文9篇,获国家发明专利3项和厦门科技进步三等奖1项。
